Karnataka crisis: Now, HD Kumaraswamy moves SC against Governor Vajubhai Vala

After Karnataka Congress chief Dinesh Gundu Rao moved SC seeking clarification on party's right to issue whip, now CM HD Kumaraswamy moved the apex court against Governor Vajubhai Vala's 6 pm deadline for trust vote.

Kumaraswamy said that it is unconstitutional for Governor to set such deadlines. Governor's first deadline for trust vote was 1.30pm and the second is set for 6 pm.
