Bidar school sedition case: SC grants bail to all

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a plea seeking framing of a proper mechanism to deal with alleged misuse of the sedition law by the government machinery and granted bail to five management representatives of Shaheen Primary School in Bidar where the alleged seditious play was staged by children on January 21.
