The Supreme Court will hear the plea seeking transfer of the Kathua rape-murder case to Chandigarh from Jammu at 2 pm today. The plea was moved by the victim's father, who has also appealed the court to provide security to his family.
After the court postponed the trial to April 28, Ankur Sharma, the counsel for accused, said that they are ready for Narco test. "Court directed that chargesheet copies should be provided to all accused, we are ready for narco tests. Next date of hearing is April 28," he said.
