After skipping an appearance in court, Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, an accused in the 1984 riots has now refused to undergo a lie-detector test.
His lawyer said that there is no legal ground to make Tytler take the test, for he has been given a clean chit thrice by the CBI.
Jagdish Tytler is among the senior party leaders who stand accused in the anti-Sikh carnage that shook Delhi and the country alike in 1984.
The application for the lie-detector test was moved by the CBI. Now the trial court will take the final call.
