It's atrocious, unbelievable: Ghulam Nabi Azad on Farooq Abdullah's detention

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad today slammed govt for detaining former Jammu and Kashmir CM Farooq Abdullah under Public Safety Act (PSA) and termed the move as atrocious, unbelievable and unacceptable.

Hitting out against the govt, Azad said, "It is totally atrocious, unbelievable and unacceptable. Mr Farooq Abdullah is the same person whose father was responsible for, along with the Maharaja, for ensuring J&K becomes the part of Indian Union in 1947.
