Iran says Pakistan must pay for harbouring terror groups

Iranian commander-in-chief Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari said the Pakistan government must pay the price for harbouring terror groups.

He further blamed the ISI for sheltering the perpetrators of the Pulwama attack.
