Sheena Bora murder case accused Indrani Mukerjea was admitted to a Mumbai hospital on Friday. Doctors said the clinical impression suggests she suffered from a drug overdose.
Mukerjea, while being escorted out of the JJ Hospital, was confronted by reporters who asked her whether there was a threat to her life. "Yes," Mukerjea responded meekly before she was taken away by the policemen and women who were escorting her.
This is not the first time that Mukerjea has been admitted due to a drug overdose. In 2015, the amount of drugs in her body was found to be ten times the permissible limit.
