India Today accesses exclusive details of Pak's role in targeted killing of civilians in J&K

After terrorists killed five civilians in Jammu and Kashmir in the last two weeks, India Today has accessed exclusive details of Pakistan's role in terror plots against India.

Pakistan's spy agency ISI had met terror groups in PoK's Muzaffarabad. Secret meetings were held between them to bleed India on September 21.
