GSLV III to be used for launch of Gaganyaan, says ISRO chairman

In an exclusive interview to India Today, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chairman K Sivan said that the GSLV III will be used for the launch of Gaganyaan.

Sivan also said that two unmanned missions will be undertaken before sending humans to space.

Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III or GSLV III is a three-stage heavy lift launch vehicle developed by ISRO.
