Delhi HC rejects Nirbhaya case convict Pawan Gupta's juvenile claim

The Delhi High Court on Thursday dismissed Nirbhaya convict Pawan Gupta's plea claiming to be a juvenile at the time of offence.

The court added that no documents were shown in the trail court to prove this point. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on advocate A.P. Singh for failing to turn up despite being repeatedly called.
