Dalits at temples: India Today TV visits some prominent shrines to find out the reality

Over the last three months, reporters from India Today's investigation team went to multiple prominent temples in different states of India such as Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

The priests at the temples told the reporters that there are parts of the temples where members of the upper caste community are allowed but members of the lower caste are not.
