Confident of winning 2019 general elections, says Amit Shah

Determined Amit Shah is confident of winning the Karnataka Assembly polls and the 2019 general elections with a thumping majority in spite of the recent setback to the party in the recent Gorakhpur and Phulpur by-polls in Uttar Pradesh.

In a one-to-one conversation with Sweta Singh in the first episode of a revamped Seedhi Baat - the flagship show of the country's number one news channel Aaj Tak - the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Amit Shah said that low polling and the last-minute alliance between SP-BSP made them suffer in UP bypolls.
