Complaint against Swara Bhaskar, Twitter India over Ghaziabad assault video

Union IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad launched a scathing attack on Twitter and said that Twitter cannot guard itself in the name of free speech and has to comply with the social media policy. He further added that the micro-blogging site needs to be responsive against manipulated tweets which are intentionally provoking. A complaint against the actor Swara Bhaskar and the Twitter India head has been lodged over the Ghaziabad assault video. Watch the full video.
