Bihar deputy CM prioritises Ms India over dying children, triggers criticism

Amidst the mounting death toll in the deadly encephalitis outbreak, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister, Sushil Kumar Modi's misplaced priorities have created a political stir.

Sushil Kumar Modi on his Twitter pages posted pictures of him meeting the Miss India United Continental 2019, Shreya Shankar, who hails from Bihar.

The pictures have sparked anger against the deputy chief minister and the government of Bihar which is already under heavy criticism for failing to deal with the encephalitis crisis in the state.
