Bengal Finance Minister Amit Mitra slams Centre for delay in GST payments

In an exclusive with India Today, West Bengal Finance Minister Amit Mitra slammed the Centre for not paying his state its GST dues for three months and added that no explanations were given for the delay.

He further said that if Centre acts like this, then state's fiscal condition will collapse. He also claimed that Centre's GST collection has been lowest in 17 months because of fraud.
