Atishi will have to be Bharat to Arvind Kejriwal's Ram: AAP's Somnath Bharti

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has selected Atishi as the new Chief Minister of Delhi. While BJP leaders criticised the decision, AAP leaders have expressed strong support for Atishi's appointment.

AAP leader Somnath Bharti compared Atishi’s role to that of Bharat from the Ramayan, emphasising that she will act in the absence of Arvind Kejriwal, whom he likened to Ram.

"Whatever Arvind Kejriwal has decided, we stand by him. Atishi will take on the role of Bharat, holding this position until Kejriwal returns," said Somnath Bharti.
