Article 370 must return in Jammu and Kashmir: Farooq Abdullah

National Conference leader and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah hit out at the Bharatiya Janata Party-led government at the Centre on Saturday and said Article 370 must be restored in Jammu and Kashmir to bring back normalcy.

In an exlusive interview to India Today TV, Farooq Abdullah said,"They (the BJP govt at Centre) said things will be better after abrogation of Article 370. Whatever they said they would do, they were unable to do it. Good, I am not in governance today otherwise they would have blamed me for the recent killings in Jammu and Kashmir Today, we are blaming their (BJP govt at Centre) poor governance. Article 370 must return in Kashmir. There will not be normalcy till the return of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. I challenge them (BJP govt) that they will never be able to bring back normalcy in Kashmir like this."
