70 per cent Ganga will be cleaned before March 2019: Nitin Gadkari at Panchayat Aaj Tak

Speaking during Panchayat Aaj Tak on four years of Modi government, Union River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Minister Nitin Gadkari claimed that the government will ensure that 70 per cent Ganga will be clean by March 2019.
