Sohrab Khushrushahi, founder of SOHFIT and co-founder of The Func. Lab, redefined fitness beyond six-pack abs and Instagram trends, during a session at India Today Conclave. For him, fitness is about movement, strength, and the ability to live life fully without dependence. Emphasising grip and leg strength as keys to longevity and mental health, he dismisses quick fixes and social media fads.
