Kerala assembly polls: Will welfare measures prove a winner?

At least 74.02 per cent of voters exercised their franchise for the Kerala Assembly elections according to a preliminary assessment on Tuesday, the Election Commission of India said.

Polling was held for 140 assembly constituencies of Kerala across 40,771 polling stations in the state.
