Bihar Chief Electoral officer, HR Srinivas in an exclusive interview to India Today spoke about why the counting of votes in Bihar assembly elections is taking longer than usual. The counting of votes across 55 counting centres in Bihar is underway. According to the latest trends accessed by India Today, NDA led by JDU and Nitish Kumar has overtaken the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and has gained leads in over 125 seats, which is over the required majority of 122 assembly seats.
