Ahead of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, sources indicate that the BJP and JDU are set to contest an almost equal share of the 205 seats allocated to NDA partners, though one party may slightly edge out the other in certain scenarios. The remaining 38 seats are expected to go to smaller allies, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM), and Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLM). Reports suggest the BJP has offered 25 seats to LJP chief Chirag Paswan, seven to HAM leader Jitan Ram Manjhi, and six to Upendra Kushwahaâs RLM.
