After 23 years, man accused of killing 7 members of a family arrested in J&K

A murder accused gunman, who was evading arrest from last 23 years in connection with the killing of seven members of a family, was nabbed by the J&K Police. Wali Mohammad Mir was part of the dreaded militia active in Kashmir during 1990s. They were known as Ikhwanis.
