Karnataka reports 10,250 fresh Covid-19 cases and 40 deaths in 24 hours

Karnataka is experiencing a surge in Covid-19 cases. On Sunday, the state reported 10,250 fresh cases and 40 deaths in 24 hours.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi suggested that the state focus on micro-containment zones to control the spread of the virus. Night curfew in areas such as Bengaluru, Mysuru and Mangaluru will remain in place till April 20.
