UP govt directs govt hospitals not to turn away any Covid patient

The Yogi Adityanath govt has directed that no govt hospital in Uttar Pradesh will turn away any Covid patient. The order said that if there is no bed in govt hospital then the patient will be sent to a private hospital and the Uttar Pradesh govt will bear the expenses.
