Two die as Delhi's Sardar Patel Hospital faces oxygen shortage, closes admission

Two people have died as Delhi's Sardar Patel Hospital faces an acute shortage of medical oxygen. The hospital has sounded an SOS for emergency oxygen supply.

The hospital said that it has 250 beds available and ready but it cannot admit new patients due to the shortage of oxygen supply.

Delhi is facing an acute shortage of medical oxygen amid a surge in Covid-19 cases.
