Woman returning from office killed after SUV rams parked truck on Delhi flyover

According to officials, a PCR call about the accident was received at Vasant Kunj South police station at 3.48 am on Monday.
A police team rushed to the Rajokri flyover, near The Umrao resort, where they found a damaged truck and a black Maruti Brezza with three injured people at the scene.
All the injured were taken to the AIIMS Trauma Centre. The woman was declared brought dead by doctors, while the two others are undergoing treatment.
One of the injured was a pedestrian.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the truck had been parked on the flyover after suffering a tyre burst.
The SUV is suspected to have crashed into the rear of the stationary vehicle.
Police have registered a case and the SUV driver, identified as Prakash Kumar (29), a resident of Darbhanga district in Bihar, has been apprehended.
