Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy loses trust vote, Congress-JDS govt collapses

The coalition government of the Congress and Janata Dal Secular party collapsed on Tuesday after Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy lost the trust vote in the Assembly after it managed to garner 99 votes.

While the BJP garnered 105 votes, which later called the perennial political drama as "Game of Karma".

With this, the BJP has claimed to form a government in Karnataka and state BJP president BS Yeddyurappa is set to become the Chief Minister of the state.
