JNU fee hike row: Swara Bhaskar & Kanhaiya Kumar back students, is the protest politicised?

JNU alumni and actor Swara Bhaskar along with politician and former JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar spoke to Rajdeep Sardesai on the ongoing JNU fee hike row. Kanhaiya Kumar attacked the central government saying Rs 3,000 crore statue was constructed on taxpayers' money so "why can't education be subsidised". On the other hand, Swara Bhaskar said, "As a taxpayer, I have no problem in my hard-earned money being spent on subsidised education.”
