Every monsoon season the city of dreams turn into a nightmare. Roads become river, cars drowned, trains stalled and the dilapidated buildings crumble. In fact, the monsoon exposes the crumbling infrastructure of the Maximum City. And this Tuesday, a 100-year-old building came crashing down in Dongri, claiming 14 lives.

In last three years, seven building had collapsed resulting in several deaths.
