Row over European lawmakers's Kashmir visit; 5 labourers killed by terrorists in J&K's Kulgam; more

A row erupted over the visit of 27-member delegation of European MPs to Kashmir on Tuesday after the government gave permission for the "unofficial" visit.

The visit, aided by the non-profit Women’s Eco-Nomic and Social Think Tank (WESTT), has been described as unofficial. The opposition Congress questioned the background of the visitors and that of the nonprofit.

Meanwhile, five non-local labourers were killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam on Tuesday evening. Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbagh Singh told India Today TV that Pakistan is behind the attack.
