Biden, who will turn 78 on Nov. 20, was born in 1942 during World War II. He has served as Vice President from 2009 to 2017 under Obama's Presidential tenure. Biden is a history & political graduate

from the University of Delaware. He also holds a law degree from Syracuse University. Joe Biden has been involved in politics for over 40 years. Biden ran for President for the 3rd time in 2020
