A TVK General Secretary alleges that the delay is a 'deliberate attempt' by the Censor Board of India to block the movie, noting that the board viewed the film on December 19 but has yet to issue a certificate. The party representative states they are 'looking for at least today end of the day' for a resolution before consulting Vijay on the next course of action, which may include legal measures.
