Sridevi neither threw tantrums nor behaved like a big star: Rishi Kapoor to India Today

Sridevi breathed her last on February 24 in Dubai, at the age of 54. Rishi Kapoor, with whom she shared screen space in 1989's Chandni, told India Today Television in an exclusive interview that Sridevi challenged stereotypes.

"Sridevi was very professional, yet child like. She was immensely involved in her craft and very skilful, and I admire her for that," Kapoor said when asked how Sridevi stood apart from other iconic heroines like Hema Malini and Rekha.

"What Hema Malini did in her career was impressive. Even Rekha's contribution cannot be denied. But what I felt about Sridevi was that she was always there to give her best," said Kapoor.
