Pataudi Palace: Ready for Saifeena's royal reception

It is definitely going to be a dream party, almost like a fairy tale. After all, the venue which has been chosen to host the after-wedding party of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, has a rich history of being one of the most imposing structures with splendid imperial over bearings.

The newlyweds will travel to the Pataudi Palace to be part of the family dinner.

The invited guests belong to Saif's extended family all the way from London, Islamabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The Pataudi Palace where the couple plans to throw the party is the same grand historic structure which features in films like Mangal Pandey, Veer Zaara, Rang De Basanti, Gandhi My Father and Eat, Pray, Love.

A lovely palatial structure in white with massive stairways, colossal half domes, vast terraces, striking balconies, luxurious rooms and a conspicuous garden around, The Pataudi Palace is a dazzling dream in concrete.

It is now run by Neemrana Hotels and according to recent reports it was being readied for the wedding celebrations from the past couple of months.

Just like the wedding in which not more than sixty people have been invited, the reception too will have a selected few and it is going to be a party exclusively for the youngsters. It is believed to be a fun filled do with lots of music and fun.

And not forgetting his royal lineage, Saif has ensured that his guests are treated with the delectable Nawabi cuisine. Top chefs will be making succulent kababs and lip-smacking biryanis to perfection for the grand occasion.
