The 31st Critics Choice Awards took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on Monday, January 5, 2026, celebrating the best in film and television as selected by critics worldwide. The event drew notable celebrities, filmmakers, and industry professionals, making it one of the most anticipated nights in the entertainment calendar.
Among the major accolades, Stephen Graham and Owen Cooper received significant recognition for their performances in the limited series Adolescence. Graham won Best Actor in a Limited Series, while Cooper, age 16, was awarded Best Supporting Actor in the same category, being highlighted as a rising talent by the critics' panel.
