That more or less sums up Neeraj Shridhar's life and work.</p><p>The lead singer and lyricist of Bombay Vikings - the group that recently released their debut album <i>Kya Soorat Hai</i> from Sony Music -  Shridhar grew up in Sweden on a staple diet of Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle and Lata Mangeshkar.</p><p>He was seven when his father moved there to work with Radio Sweden. Now 30, he remembers humming Hindi film numbers, but couldn't quite get the words. You see, he speaks "more Swedish than English than Hindi". Why not write English words to Bollywood tunes, he thought? And so Bombay Vikings was formed last year.</p><p>It's not his first foray into the field of music though. In his teens, Shridhar was a member of a rock group called Spitfire. As an adult, he started off working with SAS, but chucked up the airline job to form an agency that helps budding musicians in Sweden now.</p><p>Though he's based abroad, he frequently travels to Mumbai to visit his sister. What next? He's not sure.
