Birds greater threat to Indian Air Force than civilian aircraft

Of all the hazards that figure on an aircraft pilot's list of nightmares, there is one that causes the sweat to break out in profusion on his brow. It is termed BASH, short for 'Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard".
