Sunrisers Hyderabad fly to Bengaluru after David Warner blitz

Sunrisers Hyderabad rode on David Warner's unbeaten 93 against Gujarat Lions on Friday to reach the finals of Indian Premier League 2016. 

Bipul Sharma came up with a crucial 11-ball 27 and played perfect foil to David Warner in chase of 163 against Gujarat Lions. Bipul and Warner stitched a 46-run stand to complete the chase on Friday.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar shone yet again with the ball against Gujarat Lions on Friday to retain the Purple Cap.

Bhuvneshwar now has 23 wickets three  more than Royal Challengers Bangalore spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.  

Trent Boult, who replaced the injured Mustafizur Rahman, answered his captain's call in his very first game of the season.

Aaron Finch scored a half-century and led his team to 162 on a tricky Delhi wicket on Friday. However, his effort went in vain as Sunrisers brushed aside the total with four balls to spare. 

Shivil Kaushik picked up two wickets for Gujarat Lions to hamper Sunrisrers Hyderabad's chase of 163. The chinaman bowler gave away only 22 runs to restrict Hyderabad on Friday.

Brendon McCullum played a patient knock at the top for Gujarat Lions on Friday. The Sunrisers bowlers kept him under check and prevented him from getting away with a flyer.
