In this special Health 360 report, environmental expert Dr. Faiyaz Khudsar takes viewers inside the Yamuna Biodiversity Park. He unveils rare ‘Ghost Trees’ and 25,000-year-old Paleolithic ‘cupules’, proving early human existence in the region. The report also features Vijay Dhasmana, Curator of the Aravalli Biodiversity Park, who warns that the Supreme Court’s new definition of the Aravallis could trigger desertification. Dr. Khudsar argues that native vegetation buffers provide health benefits worth ₹1.6 crore, far outperforming expensive smog towers in battling Delhi’s toxic air. He emphasizes that 'native species can perform all the functions' necessary to restore the ecosystem and mitigate the heat island effect.

The Madras High Court's Madurai bench has ruled that Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin's 2023 remarks on Sanatana Dharma constituted 'hate speech'. The court observed that the minister's phrasing, specifically the term 'Sanatana Ozhippu', implied 'genocide or culturicide' and suggested the eradication of a culture. While one speaker in the bulletin thanked the court for 'bringing out the truth' and accused the DMK of 'vote bank politics' built on 'hatred towards Hindus', a second speaker defended the Deputy Chief Minister. The defender termed the judgment 'erroneous', stating that the minister was 'very, very categorical' about not allowing 'caste discrimination' or 'caste hierarchy to continue'. The court simultaneously quashed a criminal case against BJP's Amit Malviya, ruling his social media response did not constitute hate speech. The bulletin highlights the sharp political divide in Tamil Nadu following the judicial observation on the controversial 2023 speech.
Ananya Birla, Director at the Aditya Birla Group, spoke about trade disruptions and tariffs, saying short-term volatility cannot be ignored. However, she said long-term investors continue to see India as a stable and high-growth market.
This bulletin covers TTV Dinakaran's return to the NDA alliance in Tamil Nadu, with significant emphasis on the absence of major ADMK leaders at the induction event. The programme notes, 'TTV Dinakaran had lost an MLA ticket. He had contested from Kovilpatti constituency, but he had lost by more than 12,000 votes.' Despite his earlier departure from the NDA, Dinakaran has re-entered the fold, with BJP leaders present to mark the occasion. ADMK's decision to skip the event highlights ongoing friction with Dinakaran, particularly regarding his opposition to Edapadi Palaniswami's leadership. The upcoming elections in Tamil Nadu, scheduled in about three months, add urgency to these political developments as the NDA aims to present a united front.
