Whether Rahul Gandhi comes back or not, it is high time that the Congress gets out of this interim presidentship and appoints a full time working president. It reflects poorly on Congress. The only loser here is the Congress, and BJP has gained in the perception."

He added that Rahul Gandhi was a wonderful leader but once he left there was a blur in the picture.
