Raigad building collapse: NDRF recovers another body, toll rises to 2

The National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) on Tuesday recovered another body from the site of a collapsed building in Maharashtra’s Raigad district. Two people have died due to the building collapse incident. The body of Naved Zamane was recovered by the NDRF today. At least 18 people are still trapped under the debris of building that collapsed in the Kajalpura residential area in Mahad. The five-storey building, named Tarique Garden, had collapsed in Raigad district on Monday afternoon at around 7 pm. It had approximately 41 apartments. The reason for the building's collapse is yet to be ascertained.
