Metros back on track: A ground report from Delhi

After 165 days halt, Metro train services resumed in a staggered manner across the country. On Day 1 in the first 4 hours, nearly 4500 commuters boarded the Metro trains in Delhi. Apart from Delhi, Metro services began in five other cities.

In Delhi-NCR, the first metro departed from Huda City Centre in Gurugram to Delhi University at 7 am. Here is a ground report from Delhi.
