Delhi Police files FIR against Twitter India over no action on child sexual abuse content

In a fresh trouble for Twitter, the Delhi Police has registered an FIR against it for allegedly allowing access to child pornography on the microblogging platform on a complaint by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR).

The case has been registered under relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the IT Act, they said.
