Bomb was transported in auto rickshaw to avoid security check: Sources on Mangaluru blast

Suspicious explosive materials were found inside a cooker that was carried by a passenger which exploded in a moving auto-rickshaw in Karnataka's Mangaluru on Saturday, India Today has learned. Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Alok Kumar has ordered a high-level probe into the matter. The explosion in a moving autorickshaw in Mangaluru was an 'act of terror,' Karnataka Director General of Police, Praveen Sood said on Sunday.
