BJP evoking General Bipin Rawat's death for votes, says Harish Rawat | EXCLUSIVE

On the final day of Uttarakhand's election campaign, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that the saffron party was exploiting people's emotions by bringing up the death of General Bipin Rawat.

"Attempts are being made to exploit people's emotions by using General Rawat's name. However, there are soldiers in my family as well. Uttarakhand has been a land of conflict and patriotism, and we all have patriotism in our hearts," he stated.
