'Suchana Seth was quiet, indifferent': Goa cab driver's post-murder account

The cab driver who drove Suchana Seth, the Bengaluru CEO who allegedly killed her four-year-old son, from the North Goa service apartment, shared his account of the 12-hour journey in which he transported the woman with her son's body packed in a bag.

Speaking to India Today TV, Rayjohn D'Souza, the driver, said Suchana Seth was very quiet throughout the journey and stopped only at one place for a water bottle.

Her behaviour was suspicious from the start, and he even asked her why her bag was so heavy.

"I picked up the bag from the reception. It was a black-coloured bag and was very heavy. But I did not suspect that much at that time," D'souza said.

Even when they encountered a roadblock at the Goa-Karnataka border, resulting in a four-hour delay, Seth showed no signs of impatience or panic.

"I told madam it would take 5-6 hours for the jam to clear and if she wants, I can take a U-turn and drop her at the airport. She refused and said we will go when the traffic opens," D'souza said.
