"I am not getting appointments at all. Once Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu said he sought 12 appointments with the PM but he got only two. Back then I was lucky that I got two appointments after six requests. But today my situation has become worse as the PM is not meeting me at all," Narayansamy said.

Speaking about his relations with Lt Governor Kiran Bedi, he accused her of being a "law breaking" governor.

He said despite obstacles created by the Modi government and Bedi, his government is performing well on all fronts.

Narayanasamy said Congress's victory in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh is an indication that the UPA will come to power in 2019.

He said of the 130 Lok Sabha seats in the five southern states, the BJP will not be able to win more than 10.
