Bollywood's villain Prem Chopra turns 78 today

Prem Chopra is known for terrifying fans with his villainous one liners.

From his first film, Hum Hindustani in 1960 to his forthcoming film Dhoom: 3 in 2013, Prem Chopra refuses to get old. The vetern actor has acted in over 320 films in Bollywood. Let's take a look at his famous dialogues and films as he celebrates his 78th birthday.

Prem Chopra is a versatile actor in Hindi and Punjabi films. He has a soft spoken diction despite being a villain in most films.

His dialogue "My name is Prem, Prem Chopra" from the film Bobby is very popular.  "Nanga nahayega kya aur nichodega kya is another famous dialogue from his film Dulhe Raja.

Another famous Prem Chopra dialogue is from the film Souten "Mai wo bala hu jo sheshay se pathar ko todtee hai." From the film Aaj Ka Arjun, he had another popular dialogue,  "Bhains poonch uthayegi to gaana to nahi gayegi, gobar hi degi".

In real life, Prem Chopra is happily married to  Raj Kapoor's wife's sister Uma, and they have three daughters.

Prem Chopra, the brother-in-law of superstar Raj Kapoor has even worked with the third generation kid Ranbir Kapoor in Rocket Singh.

As a villain, Prem Chopra gained fame all round India especially after he featured with Superstar Rajesh Khanna in Do Raaste.

He has acted in cult classics like Himmat(1970), Andha Kanoon(1983) Insaaf Ki Pukar (1987) and will soon be seen in Dhoo:3

The duo worked in 19 films from 1969-1991 like Doli and Ghar Parivar, Kati Patang, Daag, Ajanabee out of which 15 were blockbuster hits.
