The CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025 began on February 15 and are set to go on till March 18. The CBSE Class 10 Science exam is scheduled for February 20, and we have for you some top tips to clear the Physics section with high marks.
Physics is a subject that requires strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. If you are familiar with the paper pattern and have practised time management, you are already on the right track.
Avinash Pallat, IIT alumnus and senior faculty at Orchids International School, shared expert last-minute tips to help students approach the CBSE Class 10 Physics paper effectively.
"To succeed in the Physics CBSE exam, focus on understanding core concepts and practising problem-solving. Regularly revise NCERT chapters, solve previous papers, and maintain a calm, positive mindset. Your consistent efforts and confidence will pave the way to success!" Pallat said.
Here are the main points to keep in mind for the Physics section while preparing for the CBSE Class 10 Science exam:
Key topics and revision: Identification of key topics from each chapter and revisiting the concepts through problem-solving eases the revision process.
Answer-writing practice: Practising sample papers, previous year questions and writing answers for revision is key. By repeatedly writing answers to important board exam questions, we figure out how we intend to write the answer in board exams.
Neat diagrams and labels: Diagrams, graphs and flow charts to be neatly labelled and drawn using stationery; no free-hand diagram.
Highlighting and underlining: Underlining key points and highlighting the formulae in the paper attracts the eye of the evaluator.
